New: Account Warmup, Proxy Support & Anti-Ban Improvements

Volari's latest update ships organic account warmup, per-account SOCKS5 proxy assignment, real-time WebSocket status, and deeper anti-ban hardening across all plans.

Two things tend to get accounts flagged when you're running automation at scale: jumping into it before Instagram trusts the account, and running every session from the same IP. This update tackles both. Here's what shipped.

Account Warmup: Organic Mode

Fresh Instagram accounts that go straight into automation get flagged fast. Instagram's systems are looking for exactly that pattern: zero activity, then suddenly dozens of automated actions within hours of creation.

Volari now has an organic warmup mode that builds up account activity before automation starts. Over a configurable period, it performs lightweight actions (profile views, scroll interactions, follow/unfollow patterns) that look like a real user settling into the app.

Warmup is available on Pro and Agency plans. We recommend a 7–14 day warmup period for fresh accounts before enabling repost automation.

Per-Account SOCKS5 Proxy Assignment

A shared IP across multiple accounts is one of the clearest signals Instagram uses to catch automation. Ten accounts logging in from the same address is an obvious pattern.

Volari now lets you assign a dedicated SOCKS5 proxy to each account directly from the Add Account form. Once set, every session for that account (login, task execution, status checks) routes through its assigned proxy. The assignment persists across restarts.

  • Supports SOCKS5 proxies with or without authentication
  • Proxy is set per-account, not globally. Different accounts can use different providers
  • Proxy status is shown in the account panel so you can see if a proxy goes down
  • Available on all plans

Real-Time WebSocket Status

The dashboard now uses WebSocket connections to push live status updates without polling. Task state changes, queue updates, and account status transitions show up instantly. No more stale data or manual refreshing.

Anti-Ban Hardening

This update also includes several under-the-hood anti-ban changes across the task execution engine:

  • Challenge detection: if Instagram presents a verification challenge mid-session, the task now pauses gracefully and surfaces the challenge in the dashboard instead of silently failing
  • Busy state handling: the repost and post tabs now show a 'busy' state when an account is mid-action, preventing duplicate task triggers
  • Improved session fingerprinting: device and session headers are more varied between accounts to reduce shared-identity signals
  • All recipe actions (including warmup) are now RSA-signed server-side. The client cannot execute unsigned or tampered recipes
